The activity at the fairgrounds dictates the staffing hours, as well as, which units will be staffed. Station 72 has a high-tech alerting systems and designated living and working spaces. Special systems in place will help prevent firefighters from tracking contaminated materials into the building. The station houses two medic units, one engine and one tiller, which is most often used in high-rise rescues. Since combining two stations Station 66 & Station 72, there is 11 personnel stationed at the new Station 72.
