Central Pierce Fire & Rescue asks citizens to fill out a Public Records Request form when requesting a public record.

Please be aware:

For medical records, there is no charge for the first 10 pages. 

For medical records greater than 10 pages, there will be a $20 clerical fee, plus $1 per page for the first 30 pages and $.75 per page thereafter.

For non-medical records, there will be no charge for the first 10 pages.

For non-medical records greater than 10 pages, there will be a $.17 fee per page.

Requested documents on CD is $5.00 each CD.
